Rosewood Yangon Hotel Signage

Built in 1927, Rosewood Yangon is a historically and culturally significant property, luxuriously restored and infused with modern elegance.
We were pleased to continue our long-time collaboration with Lillian Wu Studio in the design development of the hotel guest signage.
The intention, as always, was to reflect sense of place and create harmony between the functional signage and the interior design.
Our signage designs are equally complimentary to the building’s art-deco heritage and more modern interiors.
The room numbers are etched into alabaster and secured with elaborate brass fixtures—reflective of the country’s golden tipped pagodas—and the accompanying directional signage is simpler and more modern.
The end result is intricate and distinctive, amplifying the brand’s dedication to delivering luxury in unexpected ways.
