Thrasher Design Studio was hired by The Agency founder, Blair Chang, to create a promotional website for one of the most exclusive residences in the Westside of Los Angeles: a 19,000 square-foot architectural masterpiece by Noah Walker with an eye-watering $70 million price tag.
Structure, interior, landscape, canyon and views—each stand-alone artistic minimalist achievements—breathtakingly blend in harmonious triumph.
Utilizing still photography and aerial drone footage, we impactfully showcased the home’s immaculate grounds, stunning architecture, interior design, and landscape gardening by some of the city’s most sought-after professionals.
Within days our website led hundreds of viewers through an intimate exploration of the home’s multi-tiered acre grounds and extensive amenities (cinema, wine cellar, gym, spa, ample garage, multiple pools, 8-person jacuzzi, high-tech controls and security features, creative office spaces with ocean views, card room, vintage furniture, flower, herb, vegetable, and fruit gardens, and 3,500 sq. ft. of covered patio space with fire pit, pizza oven, bbq, grill and outdoor bars) allowing admirers and prospective buyers to immerse themselves into the dream of living in the visionary paradise.
The upshot? A mere 10 days after going online a “controversial celebrity buyer” demanded our site and video be taken down (even before the sale was finalized) and went on to buy the home for a record-breaking $65 million.
